Peanuts Almonds, Macadamia, Walnuts

Sugar Honey, Equal, Sugar Substitute
Soda, Fruit Juices Tea/Honey, Water
Shortening
Just try one new substitute per week and your eating the PALEO way. It is not a matter of giving it up. It is a matter of changing what you regularly eat .
